Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

In order to be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Provide the order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for returning the item.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange.
  5. If there is a price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, you may be required to pay the additional cost or receive a partial refund, as applicable.
  6. We will notify you once the exchange has been processed and provide you with the updated tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
